I had a gift card to Great Harvest Bread that I've been meaning to use so we got a spider loaf of whole wheat bread. It's the most expensive bread I've ever purchased and it pained me to see the price tag when I know how much it would cost me to make the same thing at home. Fortunately, I wasn't really "buying" it. The kids loved eating the legs and head. They had PBJ's with the body. We'll have to try to recreate our own version next year.
