I never realized how much the DC metro area has to offer until I had a child. There are so many activities to choose from that I am overwhelmed some days. We will never be bored! Charlotte and I met Poppy at the park next to the airport for a picnic lunch. We got to see his plane fly directly over us as it was coming in for landing - very cool, indeed. The Potomac River and DC skyline are in the background. You can see the Washingon Monument on the left.
