Charlotte woke up with a fever Christmas morning. She rallied for Santa and present opening, but passed out on the couch after the chaos was over. She was sick for the next week with what we later discovered was flu A. AJ and I were the next victims followed by Brian, Memme and Poppy. It was a long ugly week for everyone. I feel bad that we got everyone sick but some things are just out of our control. Unfortunately, we missed Dave's family Christmas gathering later that week because we were all too sick. I'll never skip the flu shot again! After a month, I'm finally starting to regain my energy. What a way to end the year!
