Big news - AJ is no longer allergic to eggs! We had him tested at his 3 year check-up (yes, I realize I haven't even posted pictures of his 3rd birthday yet) and it was negative for eggs. Here he is eating his first ever hard boiled egg. The next morning he asked for an omelet as soon as he woke up. It's been omelets, scrambled eggs, egg-in-the-hole, and french toast for breakfast ever since. He'll eat them any way we make them! I need my own chickens at this rate!
